Having worked with many education settings, we appreciate the challenges educators face. We know that you are navigation increasing challenges around attendance, inclusion, SEND and belonging, while also working within growing accountability pressures and recruitment difficulties. Schools need practical tools, strategies and support to respond to individual needs, build resillience and create environments where all children and young people can experience success.
At Changing Chances, we support schools to build neuroinclusive cultures where all children can thrive, through our training programmes, coaching support and whole-school framework.
Our work is grounded in the idea of empowerment teaching young people about their brains and giving them the tools to become responsible self-advocates. We help children, young people and adults to better understand their needs, neurobiology and executive functioning skills. Through practical, everyday strategies, resources and approaches, we help you strengthen self-awareness, regulation and pro-social skills in both children and staff. We support schools to build environments where childnre and young people feel understood and supported to take action to be at their 'brain best'.
